Here’s how rain played spoiltsport in Shah Rukh Khan’s Raees shooting!
While Mumbaikars enjoyed the first rain of 2015, this sudden shower has affected the shooting of Raees in a big way
Rains often kindle the romantic side of a person. In our movies, rain plays such a pivotal role in striking a sizzling romance between the hero and heroine. The king of romance, Shah Rukh Khanhimself has featured in a fair number of rain songs. But today’s sudden shower, which gave Mumbaikars respite from heat, has made SRK feel “awful” not romantic.
We all know how King Khan is setting a bench mark for dedication by shooting tirelessly for Rahul Dholakia’s Raees despite undergoing a knee surgery recently. While Shah Rukh was adviced to take rest by doctors, the actor has been shooting in pain as a huge set has been created in Film City to shoot a few action scenes before the monsoon arrives. It was being said that these scenes need to be shot before rains in Mumbai arrive.
But alas, it looks like today’s rain is giving tough time to Raees team as SRK tweeted,” Feel awful the whole of Raees team fighting against rain & time…my injury hampering Ravi Varma, Rahul & Maneka even more. Damn!” It was reported earlier that SRK was having trouble running, which forced the makers to opt for body double.
And now with rains adding to the woes of Raees, things don’t look too bright for SRK’s film.
